It helps when you have been in someone's shoes. I lost my mom several years ago and tried to express my love through the casket flowers that I made for her. OMG...I was amazed by the outstanding customer service I received from Terry. I called from Texas and he was so polite and passionate about his business. My great uncle is very sick in Louisiana and he made sure I was satisfied with order. They are also very affordable..to bad they are not in Texas.

Excellent customer service. I live 800 miles away and was sending my mother flowers for mothers day. Y'all were out of one of the flowers and you called me right away to let me know and picked out a beautiful substitute. And you called and let me know that no one was home and you left it on the doorstep. I really appreciate y'all calling me and keeping me in the loop. I will definitely continue to be a customer!

I placed an online order from out in Idaho to be delivered to my step daughters in Louisiana. The process was so easy, confirmation email came very quickly, and when I called to check up they were kind and prompt. Once delivered I got an email that included and apology for later than usual delivery because the house was hard to find. Which I thought was amazing. Thank you!

Such a big beautiful arrangement! I ordered online (pretty late in the day) and followed up with a call to make sure the arrangemt would be deliverered in time (the day of the birthday might I add). Though they were out of the flowers and the destination to be delivered was 45 minutes away, they assured me it would be completed. Aesthetically pleasing and wonderful customer service. Thank you !!

Ordering a plant or bouquet over the internet from out of state is always daunting. You are never sure what will actually be delivered. I was very pleased when I saw a photo of the plant I ordered from a friend that was at the memorial service. It was absolutely beautiful. Wonderful experience from selection to delivery. The online ordering process was simple and the variety of choices were perfect. They sent me both a text and email photo of what the finished product looked like and I couldn't have been more pleased.

Excellent! Unfortunately, they were out of the plant I ordered online so they called to speak with me. The lady that called was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. This was for a funeral. She was able to send a beautiful arrangement of plants to the family. She also texted me a picture so that I could see it. When I arrived, I was able to see it for myself. Beautiful job! I was a little late in ordering the arrangement I needed. Distinctive Gifts made it happen though, and they did not disappoint. The arrangement was beautiful and arrived ahead of the time I had requested. They even called me to let me know when it was delivered. I also received a photo of the actual arrangement they made and delivered. I've never had a florist do that before. I will definitely use them again if I need to do so.
